We ran this Wim Hof Winter Travel in December 2024, it was so incredible that we have decided to run it again and would love for you to be part of it.
The size of the group was perfect so looking for similar numbers so we can ensure individual support where necessary, therefore places will be limited
You will immerse yourself in the most beautiful nature of the polish mountains, expansive forests and transparent full flowing rivers that surround Wim’s house.
We will visit Wim’s favourite waterfall, also featured o the VICE documentary, as one of our cold exposure adventures as well as other opportunities to learn about the cold and take the understanding of the cold being our teacher to a whole new level.
Each day we will connect with the breath. Emma and I will be your guides to take you on a journey that will take you steps or even leaps towards a sense of freedom, love and gratitude you didn’t think possible.
Letting mother nature take us by the hand and lead us, listening to her messages to ultimately climb the mountain and learn the lessons the mountain has to offer our own individual journey, but never feeling alone. Climbing Snezka is no small ask, but with the mindset and fearless approach we will give you the skills to take this journey with confidence and strength.

(A payment plan is available – £250 to secure your place, another £250 due in April 2025 and the remaining due by September 2025)
