Group hikes and dips

Throughout the year there will be regular adventure walks scheduled to various locations. This is perfect for those who really want to discover new locations and experience the cold. Angela will support each individual based on their capabilities with breathwork and cold exposure, giving you that ultimate connection to nature

For those new to the Wim Hof method Angela will arrange a virtual session to give you a deeper understanding of the Wim Hof method, a practical breathwork session and gets to know you individually, understanding what your own personal goals for the session on and motivations for trying the Wim Hof method.

Once you have worked with me you will be invited to The Ice Warrior membership. 

You will be provided with a breathwork guide or one to one if it is your first session, to practice your Wim Hof breathing before the event.

If the weather isn’t suitable and by that I mean lots of rain and not cold, then we may have to cancel the trip, but will reschedule for another date.
Cancellation policy, unfortunately we can not offer refunds unless you cancel within 48 HOURS.
